JuLi im Juni is a literature festival in Weimar which persists since 2003.
The festival subject and its design is constantly changing, as it goes along with the time and tries to take
a closer look at different parts of literary subjects and styles.
This year's theme is "Die Macht der Worte". This is linked to 2019, a significant year for democracy all over the world.
We celebrate 100 years of democracy, especially in Germany where on the 19/01/1919 was the day of the first free elections, where also women had a right to vote. This is the moment to contemplate, how democracy has changed and how this strong word is conceived nowadays in society and literature.

I was chosen for the design of posters, bookmarks, program booklet, and social media applications.
